Templates for California exterior elevated element inspection reports under Health & Safety Code 17973 and Civil Code 5551, with the statutory contents in order and filled-in examples.
These are not property condition assessments. They are statutory inspections of balconies, decks, stairways, landings and walkways, and the contents of the report are enumerated in the code rather than left to the assessor's format.
