Never send project material to this site
Do not email us draft reports, field notes, photographs, client scopes or anything else identifying a property, an owner, a lender or an association. This is a template library, not a document system: it holds no client material, carries none of the controls that a live engagement file requires, and taking custody of your client’s confidential information is an obligation we have deliberately not taken on. If you send such material we will delete it rather than read it.
Downloads
Templates download directly. There is no email gate, no account, and no form standing between you and the file — so downloading a template tells us nothing about you beyond an ordinary page request.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are not. It records the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, how you arrived, and whether you downloaded a template. That is the whole purpose: knowing which guides get read tells us which ones to write next. Google sets cookies to do this, and Google is a third party with its own privacy policy.
Nothing about any assessment you are working on is visible to this site, because none of it is ever entered here. The templates are filled in on your own machine, after the download, where we cannot see them.

We receive what you choose to write. We use it to reply and we do not sell it. Please keep it to feedback about the templates.
Professional Drafter
Links to Professional Drafter carry campaign parameters so we can tell which pages send useful traffic. Those parameters identify the page, not you. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy terms apply — it is a separate service with separate handling.
