Scope
Lines this library does not cover
Two adjacent engagements are deliberately absent. Each page says why, and where to go instead.
This library covers commercial property condition assessment for lender and buyer due diligence. Two adjacent engagements are left out on purpose, and the reasons differ: on one the deliverable is a structured submission to an agency system rather than a document, and on the other the workflow belongs to report-writing software and the free material is already published by a trade association.
These pages exist because the alternative is worse. A reader who searches for a home inspection report template and lands on nothing cannot tell whether they missed it or it was never here — and a template library that quietly published one anyway would be handing them a file that gets their filing rejected.
The three lines
HUD Capital Needs Assessment Templates: Why There Are None Here
This library publishes no HUD capital needs assessment templates, because the deliverable is a structured submission through HUD's own application rather than a narrative report.

Residential Home Inspection Report Templates: Why There Are None Here
This library publishes no residential home inspection templates, because the report is generated by software that already owns that workflow and the material is already free elsewhere.
